Symmetrical Tiger

Here’s a nice bit of symmetrical painting and printing along the same lines as the ‘butterfly’ we’ve all done before. The trick is to make sure that you print each part of the design before it has time to dry, so do it in small sections and apply the paint relatively thickly. I also use the wooden end of my brush to ‘dot’ on some of the details.

You could obviously try this with different animals, birds, insects, or even monsters.
